Pay
Starting pay is $25.00 per hour for a 3-4 hour route, 187 days a year
Years of Service per hour incentive after 1st year
Extra Curricular Runs are $25.00 while driving and $15.00 per hour non-driving downtime (Sports & Academic Trips)
