Congratulations to Taylor Jerdon and Xai Leu on being named finalists for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship!
Taylor is the daughter of Jeremiah and Amber Jerdon of Wolcottville.
Xai is the son of Mark and Wanda Leu of LaGrange.
The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship awards one full-tuition scholarship to a LaGrange County Senior along with an allocation for books and equipment. To be considered the student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75, reside in LaGrange County, graduating from an accredited LaGrange County school, and planning to enroll in an accredited Indiana college in a four-year degree program.
The winner of the Lilly Scholarship will be announced in December. The other four nominees will receive the Lambright Leadership Scholarship which provides $1,000/year for four years of college.
