2023 Christmas Application Form

Filling out this application begins the Christmas Assistance process, but we cannot guarantee all families will receive any assistance. We are accepting information for any individuals who are birth to current 12th grade students in the LSC school system.            Deadline – Wednesday, November  29, 2023

Any family that is adopted will be required to pick up their Christmas gifts at Lakeland Primary School between Dec 13-15 during the school day-8:30-3:30. The family will be informed that they can pick up from LPS before Dec 13. So make sure to have proper arrangements made for the pickup-(if a parent/guardian is unable to pick up during this time, simply inform the school of the individual(s) picking up instead).   If you have any questions about Christmas and this application please email Rebekah Metzger-  rmetzger@lakelandlakers.net.
