LCYC and the Parks Department are partnering again to host a youth event - "LaGrange County Connecting with Youth"- at Delt Church Park on June 22, 2024. This is the third year for this event and it continues to grow each year.
Families with any age children are welcome to attend; however, the door prize raffle tickets will only be passed out to children in grades 6-12.
This is a free event - lunch will be provided while supplies last.

Shout out to freshman Abriana Satterfield for placing 13th in the 100 at the Hoosier Indoor Relays on Saturday! Looking forward to seeing what she accomplishes in the future!

Laker Nation is celebrating Emma Schiffli! She was Indoor State Runner up in pole vault today! She placed 2nd, tying her school record with a jump of 10β9β. A great start to her Senior season! We are also celebrating Memphis Martin, who, as a Freshman, placed 9th AND set a new Lakeland record in the Boys' 3200m! Go Lakers!



Lakeland's Academic teams had a great evening at Bishop Dwenger yesterday! They were up against some tough competition: 14 schools with more than 20 teams competing! The Science team of Kylo Sturgis, Noah Tropp, Ethan Marchand & Laney Wilson finished 1st! The Math team of Isaiah Howard, Aiden Tuttle, Jarumie Altamira & Hanna Yoder placed 3rd. The English team of Maddie Tropp, Aiden Tuttle, Jazz Whited, and Kylo Sturgis just missed placing in the top 5. Nice work Lakers!! The academic teams will be back in action on April 16th for the State Qualifier.
